SkyAir™ Heat Pump Single Zone | RZA

The Daikin SkyAir RZA / FBA is a single-zone concealed ducted heat pump system engineered for residential and light commercial applications. The FBA indoor unit features a DC fan motor, auto-adjusting airflow at commissioning based on external static pressure, and full service access from below for easy maintenance. A built-in refrigerant detection system with dispersion mode adds an extra layer of safety, while the inverter-driven outdoor unit modulates output based on actual demand for consistent, energy-efficient comfort. Available from 18,000 to 48,000 BTU — ideal for offices, retail spaces, server rooms, and larger residential zones.
